My husband aims to support the great work that the county superintendent is doing to provide support to our 23 local school districts. The Call Captain oversees the logistics, motivation, and data integrity of a phone banking session. The goal is to maximize the number of quality conversations volunteers have with voters while maintaining high morale. This leadership-level volunteer position is responsible for managing a "phone bank" (a group of volunteers making outgoing calls). The CC act as the bridge between the campaign headquarters and the frontline volunteers to ensure voter outreach goals are met.
