The Call Captain oversees the logistics, motivation, and data integrity of a phone banking session. The goal is to maximize the number of quality conversations volunteers have with voters while maintaining high morale. This leadership-level volunteer position is responsible for managing a "phone bank" (a group of volunteers making outgoing calls). The CC act as the bridge between the campaign headquarters and the frontline volunteers to ensure voter outreach goals are met.
